1. Shipping Destinations

Caballeros ships to multiple countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 (two) business days after payment confirmation. This does not include shipping time.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown before completing the purchase.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the store.

5. Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking code. Customers will receive a tracking link via email once the order has been dispatched.

6. Duties & International Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on the laws of the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Delivery Issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or any logistical issue, we will contact the customer for reshipment. Additional charges may apply.
