Delivery with Presence

At Caballeros, we believe in purposeful products — and transparent relationships.

If something isn’t as expected, you may request a return or exchange within the terms outlined below.

1. Request Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

2. Product Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for another model, color, or item of equivalent value, subject to availability.

4. Returns & Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, using the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For defective items or shipping errors, Caballeros will cover the return shipping costs.

Send an email to support@usecaballeros.com with your order number, reason for the request, and product photos (if applicable).
